My builder has also explained the need to maintain my homeowner responsibilities, especially regarding the need to maintain annual termite inspections for the termite barrier – also recommended by CSIRO appraisals, Australian Standards and the QLD Building Services Authority homeowner maintenance guidelines for termites.
